Helmet Shell
- Directly processed fiberglass (SCHUBERTH Direct Fibre Processing) combined with a special type of resin is compressed under high vacuum pressure to create an exceptionally strong and yet uniquely lightweight helmet shell.
- DFP fiberglass shell reinforced with carbon fiber for improved impact absorption and lighter weight.
Inner Lining
- New EPS material for improved impact absorption and increased headroom with two densities for the main part and sides.
- New SCHUBERTH INDIVIDUAL seamless lining concept for customizing the fit.

- Plug and Play communication system based on the Sena 50S system with speakers, mesh antenna, FM radio antenna, and Bluetooth antenna pre-installed in the helmet shell.
- SCHUBERTH INDIVIDUAL CONCEPT for unmatched comfort.
- Reflective areas on the wind deflector, neck roll, visor seal, and helmet stickers for increased visibility when riding with the chin part open and closed.
