Built into the soft cotton twill is available John Does Unique XTM® fiber, which combines durability with comfort and flexibility. Hoodie comes with Level 1 protection for shoulders and elbows, and have pockets to add Back protection (sold separately). All protection can be upgraded to Level 2 With John Do's own efforts.
