E-Turtle is basically based on the same reliable airbag system as the mechanical version. However, the Electric version has Helite's new wireless technology with, among other things, faster activation and an autonomous system without fixed connections. It protects in all types of collisions and cases, has a very easy -to -use management and activation. In the built-in CDU unit, through a set of sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope and GPS) analyzes the user's movements 1000 times per second and uses a powerful algorithm to quickly react in case or accident. Ultra -fast detection of 62 milliseconds at a speed of 35 km/t which can also be halved to 31 milliseconds if Helite's extra air sensor is mounted on the front fork. This sensor is purchased separately but detects quickly even when driving during slow driving or stationary. The user can easily restore the system and change the carbon dioxide cartridge. The system is easily started via button press on the front of the west and is easily charged if needed. The battery capacity is 25 hours, which corresponds to about a week's use and is charged smoothly via USB cable. The shape of the airbag offers complete protection: back, neck, spine, chest, ribs, pelvis, abdomen etc. It has the market's largest air chamber of 17 or 28 liter chamber depending on size. The vest integrates the Turtle technology, which means that the airbag is placed under the back cover (SAS-Tec Level 2). This innovation is a very large improvement in the protection of the back. The results of absorption and distribution of bumps are significantly higher and it protects against pointed objects. The exterior of the West consists of strong and durable nylon fabric provided with decorative parts of reflective print. It blends well with traditional motorcycle jackets and is provided with outer pockets and inner pockets. Very low cut under the sleeves for full freedom of movement and to be worn over other clothing or motorcycle equipment. Turtle 2 is CE certified by the external laboratory Alienor Certification, the French specialist for objective testing of personal protective equipment (PPE). The vest has a unisex fit and easily adjusts via straps in front.
